Terraza 6

Alhambra – Essential Information

Hola ! 👋

The Alhambra is Granada's most iconic attraction and a must-visit during your stay at Terraza 6. This page provides all the key details to help you plan your visit, including how to get there, what to see, and important tips to make the most of your experience.

⚠️ Not all Alhambra tickets include access to the Nasrid Palaces 🏰. If your ticket does include the Nasrid Palaces, the time printed on it is specifically for your entrance to this area. You must enter at the exact time stated — late arrivals will not be allowed in.

However, if your ticket only grants access to other parts of the Alhambra, such as the Generalife gardens, Alcazaba, and Charles V Palace, you can visit those areas freely within the opening hours. To avoid confusion, please check your ticket carefully to see which areas it includes. If you want to visit the Nasrid Palaces but your ticket doesn't include them, you'll need to purchase the correct ticket in advance, as availability is limited.

  • GETTING TO THE ALHAMBRA
      By Foot

The best way to reach the Alhambra from Terraza 6 is by walking to the Puerta de la Justicia, a free entrance to the Alhambra complex. The walk is uphill, takes about 15 minutes, and offers beautiful views along the way.

      By Bus

If you prefer not to walk, you can take bus lines C30, C32, or C35, which will get you there in about 16 minutes (starting from the aparment). The closest bus stop is just a short walk from the apartment.

      Avoid Going by Car

Parking near the Alhambra is limited and expensive. Traffic restrictions also make driving inconvenient, so we strongly recommend walking or taking public transport instead.
